Meghan Jean Philp founded Meghan Jean Consulting to provide a unique and individualized consultant experience. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2020 with a degree in marketing and communication. She has over five years of experience in customer service, including working at Nordstrom as a personal stylist and top-performing sales associate. She’s also had extensive experience as an office manager and an executive and personal assistant. Her corresponding responsibilities instilled excellent attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Meghan chose to pursue a career in real estate because she is passionate about helping others achieve their ideal lifestyle and find or build their dream home. While Meghan enjoys her career in real estate, she felt that her unique skill set could also provide a customized experience for her clients. Kiley Bao-Thu payne

Kiley Bao-Thu Payne was born and raised in the Silicon Valley. She obtained a Google UX Design certificate through Coursera and is currently enrolled at Foothill College to extend her knowledge in design. After graduating from Coursera, she was eager to put her skills to use. She has experience working as a freelance designer for real estate agents, designing their logos and marketing products.
Kiley chose to pursue a profession in UX Design because she loves to collaborate with people while being creative to meet user needs. She has experience creating designs through Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.
